"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Guest bathroom toilet was leaking pretty severely after an influx of houseguests.  Got a very quick appointment from Marathon.  It was necessary to replace the whole thing since the tank was cracked.  I let them know that financially I couldn't pay a whole lot for the new unit.  They were very considerate and found a nice new unit for an excellent price and installed it in a short time.  Advised me on repairing the damage to wall and floor caused by the leaking.  Very professional and pleasant. <br /> I called Marathon because the previous summer they had helped with another major ($1200) plumbing problem originating in garage. <br />"

"We, Brian and Vicky needed a new A/C Furnace combo. We checked out several places and finally choose B Carlson HEATING COOLING PLUMBING, in Albuquerque NM. As it turn out it was one of our best decisions. First, Charles (a Comfort Specialist), was very knowledgeable on the different systems, he was very patient and helpful on making sure we got what was best suited for our needs. Secondly, Alex (Lead Installer), took out the old and installed the new package system. He, as the other people who needed to get on the roof were extremely careful and mindful of our extensive solar panels on the roof. Third, the very next day Armando (Certified Electrical Tech), came out the next day to ensure the Furnace with the A/C and Special Thermostat were all properly “talking to each other” as well as he set-up all three to again to ours needs. Fourth, the staff, including management, was always ready willing and able to give the extra help the few times the need arose. All the people we dealt with at B Carlson were very professional and respectful. We will recommend to anyone to check out and use B Carlson for their Heating Cooling and Plumbing needs. We will be long time customers of B Carlson. We were not asked to put our experience(s) and recommendation of B Carlson, we in fact asked them if we could do what we have now done. "I needed to replace the hose bib that had a water line connector to swamp cooler, in doing so, it was found out the incorrect bib from the main house to the swamp cooler had been put on, so 2 bibs had to be replaced. Carl Wallace, the plumber who did the work , was fantastic. He was very instructive, knowledgeable and tightened my hose connection to my homemade drip system (which started this whole issue)."

"The motor on my well pump went out. High end costs from some companies could have ran 4000.00. They however pulled the pump examined it told me what I needed and didn't try sell me anything I didn't need. Cost a fraction of what it could have. They also provided me with a tutorial on my well system at no extra charge. Good group of people. <br />"
