This does not include the cost of the swim spa nor the eventual work that will be done to install an outdoor kitchen on Shawn's concrete pad and under his cover. The cedar pavilion is a work of art. It is in the craftsman style. This is about the 4th or 5th project Shawn has done for us, and we already have him on an additional project to expand some of the deck space around the pavilion. Unfortunately, the lamp post connection had a short in it, and the company was extremely responsive in working up an estimate and completing the work, which involved replacing a buried line that had been nicked in multiple places by a trimmer. The work was done well, professionally by courteous people, and I absolutely would not hesitate to call them for their expertise in future.
