"We had a great experience with Cactus Nectar and our remodel. We removed walls, increasing our kitchen size redid floors in all the rooms except guest room and completely redid 2 bathrooms. "I hired them because they could handle everything I needed. I had to have a drywall replacement, painting, a cabinet replaced, and all the kitchen and laundry room flooring done. They crew was accepting of my animals and my boyfriends teacup chihuahua-who consistently barked when they came in. they are very polite and professional."

"Very detailed. Had a difficult cracked ceiling to repair. Pulled a section of plasterboard down, reinforced the joists , replaced, skimmed and painted. This was a lot of â wetâ work so he had to come back a number of times to apply the next layer. Shielded the rest of the house from the dust as much as he could and cleaned up after himself continuously. Did the best job that was possible. Time will tell if this will not crack again, but he did all that he could. The work ended up costing about $65/hr. Ace Handyman Services were quoting $100/hr on another job I was going to get done, which is exorbitant. Hire Gilligan if you can, he will do good work for you at a better price. One negative: he expressed interest in another job I had, but repeatedly delayed giving me a quote or telling me outright he didnâ t want to do it. I asked a number of times if he wanted to do it. He would always answer â yesâ but never came through with the quote. Quite disappointed. He fobbed me off in the end. Lost me three weeks waiting for a response from him. Nothing in the end. ."

"Jeff enclosed a garage and also built an addition on my house and it went really well so we also had him build a custom stand alone garage at our other house. He knows what he is doing !!!! I will hire him again on our next project for sure !"

"Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"
