"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."

The filters I had for the RO system were installed and when it was hooked back up and still leaked...he said he couldn't do anymore I would need to call Sears. So, I paid $100.0 that he charged me for the new faucet and was left with the repair I still need. I wasn't very happy with my experience. But he was timely and courteous, just shouldn't have taking the job"
