I got a callback within half hour and was told that Tyler was about to finish his work in Palo Alto so he could come in about 1 hour if I wanted. Tyler came on time and explained how he would do it after checking briefly. He started working on very quickly, shut off the water at the meter and knelt down to cut off the leaking valve. He replaced it with a ball valve and soldered the pipes neatly. He even polished the copper pipe at the end. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes, and I'm more than happy with the quality of the work. Even my picky dad gave it a thumb-up."

"This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"Carlos originally remodeled our entire office space, which we LOVE. We are VERY picky about how things are done, and this guy lived up to our expectations and more. At times, I think we drove him a bit crazy, but he never showed it. 
He installed our sink and we've always had some plumbing issues as a result of the old pipes in the building. My sink had been clogged for a couple of weeks and I was super lazy about calling Carlos to come check it out. I called him last week and within an HOUR he was there to fix it. He happened to be in the neighborhood on his lunch break, and took time from eating to come check in, say hello and fix the plumbing issues. It was fixed in no time and is working like new.
Carlos is always professional, timely, and definitely puts his clients first. I actually had a new client prospect in my office and Carlos politely excused himself to give us privacy. A true professional and overall, a wonderful man. Highly recommend for any service, and I am also happy to do a phone call reference if someone prefers.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls.
