Jose arrived on-time and completed the irrigation installation/revamp in just 1/2 a day; remarkable given that this was not an ordinary system replacement/install. We asked Jose to be 'at the ready' pending completion of a major landscaping project and he was able to respond almost immediately by adjusting his schedule to accommodate our install. Steven did everything he said he’d do, and provided samples prior to installing. We had an issue with one sprinkler head, and he personally came out the next morning and fixed it.
