"I needed to remove a 40 year old bathtub & install a shower I also needed the flooring replace in the bath area & dressing room. Initially, I wasn't sure about using Remodel USA due to some of the reviews. I met with the representative & when I saw the quality product (Kohler), was able to select what I wanted & have a flexible timeline for work & payments... I was glad I selected this company. I had 1 glitch as the installed shower door was not the 1 I selected. The Project Manager noted the error, obtained the correct door & it was installed. My problem was not urgent; the leaks had been there for months.

I contacted Jimmy through servicemagic.com.  He responded the same day (Wednesday) and suggested the next day, but I was not available that day and couldn't meet him.  He told me that the next available day would be Tuesday, and we agreed on that.  I found out later that it was because his wife was having a baby on Friday, and coming home on Monday.

Jimmy came to my house punctually, with an assistant, ready to work.  He was pleasant, polite, and professional.  They cleaned everything up before they finished. 

Once the job was done, I asked him for an estimate for replacing a roof on a different, smaller building.  I intend to give him the work as soon as I can manage it financially."
