Communication and customer service were top notch and that was why we decided to go with them! The luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation took two installers a day to complete a 900 sq ft floor. Quick with quality work! Our carpet for our office was also done well and looks great with our LVP! We loved the outcome and we definitely will go back for future projects. He provided clear expectations for the work and helped walk us through the process of assembling all the components for our new bathroom. What I most appreciated from Ethan in this process was the proactive communication about when we should expect each team member at our house and his frequent presence and oversight of their work. Ethan also did a nice job keeping track of any changes that impacted cost and both informing and obtaining approval before proceeding with those changes.
