Another issue that may or may not count on your project: the crew likes to talk and smoke while working. After the initial session, the contractor was late and/or failed to show or call on a couple occasions. Contracts are not a strength, you need to have your calculator handy and watch the documentation, particularly if the job has changes. Clean-up is not a forte. On the other hand, they are a happy crew and are capable of hard work once they are on the job."
