"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

Steve helped us with obtaining necessary approvals (HOA) and building permits(City) before the start of our remodel. During the remodel, Steve was always ready to answer any questions and many times suggested me ways to save money without sacrificing quality. Steve was very patient in accommodating and incorporating many of my last minute changes. He and his crew have thorough knowledge of all building systems as well as experience working on them. All the work was performed on time (barring some rain delays during winter) with emphasis on quality and perfection. Steve visited the site at least 2-3 times a week to check the work progress and made every effort to keep the site neat and tidy. Steve suggested vendors for various materials and all of them were very reasonable. He also suggested a Replacement Window Company that we worked with to fit in our overall remodel schedule. "My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Juan Torres (owner of this family business) returned my initial call within a day and came out the next day to provide an estimate. (I had used Juan a few years ago for repair/replacement of a section of block wall. He and his crew did a great, clean job then, at a very competitive price. Juan even showed up with insurance/liability certs upon our initial meeting for that estimate.) So I knew that I'd be calling him re this built in BBQ repair/remodel prior to install of a new drop in BBQ. Juan provided what I considered a fair price in an emailed proposal sent to me that same evening, so I decided to go with him and forgo the usual 3 estimates I would have obtained from various contractors. I booked the job with him for the next week. They showed up on the agreed day, on time. He and his brothers did a good job involving tricky/difficult drilling and install of vents in the existing block, floating a concrete "deck" for under the new grill, as well as installing an access door for added venting and gas cutoff access. The job took about 1/2 day. All went very smoothly, looks great, and was cleaned up well at the end. I was confident enough in Juan and his co., to look no further when hiring a mason for this project. I'm completely satisfied and can recommend Specialty Masonry without hesitation."

"To say the experience with Asi and Real Construction was good is an understatement. They did a phenomenal job. Not only were they on time they actually finished faster than anticipated. They didn't cut corners and they told me everything they were doing as they were making all the changes. They listened to me the whole way through and worked with my budget. "Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."

RB construction not only removed the seriously deteriorated support members  but removed the decorative trim  which was causing the problems.
