He also had some suggestions on landscaping. He provided an estimate on the spot which was less than we expected. There were about 5 people doing the work under Randy's supervision. It took them about 3 hours to do the work. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

Because of its location they had to pull the pump up by hand to repair the shorted wire. When they determined that the well flow was reduced because of debris, they made a second trip back just after New Years Day to blow the pump clear. Again having to raise it by hand. The owner and workers were on time, informative and polite. When we went out to observe, they willingly explained what was being done. I would definitely recommend them for any work on wells."
