"The overall experience was great. Ken is super nice and is far from being a pressure salesman. He went out of his way to make sure we had the look we had envisioned. Ken's guys are very hardworking and extremely professional. Despite the grueling heat you never saw them complaining or without smiles on their faces. They worked very quickly and took pride in their work. The siding turned out much better than I could have ever imagines and if that wasn't enough they even volunteered to do some painting and to install new lighting just so that everything about the house looked just right. Ken was also very meticulous about the work being done just right. I have never seen a more professional and just overall nice group of people. If that isn't enough believe me when I say his work speaks for itself."

This is the second job we have hired A Cut Above to perform due to the fact that the first (a bathroom repair/remodel on another rental property) job was done so well and in just a few days for a very reasonable cost.

Paul and his crew were great to work with. Very responsive, courteous and friendly. Paul continuously kept us updated on the progress of the job.

Although the job took several months from start to finish, (due to no fault of the Cut Above Crew) the job was done efficiently and in a timely matter.

In fact we have a few other small jobs that Paul's crew will be working on at our personal residence  in the next couple of weeks. We even have another remodel job we plan on contracting them to do after the first of the year.

Again, I would like to reiterate that Paul and his crew are great to work with  :)

"After we contacted them, we set up an appointment for an estimate. Chuck came out and took measurements and showed us color and fabric samples. After spending all the time we needed to make decisions he gave us an estimate and we chose an installation date. On the day, everyone was prompt. Everyone had all the tools and equipment necessary, even a cherry picker to lift the awning to the roof. They took care to protect my house and worked in a professional, cheerful manner the whole time. They made sure everything worked properly and we understood how to use the awning before they left. And they cleaned up too!
You cannot ask for a better deal. We will definitely use them again.

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."

"Sean Hogan is 100% professional. What I like is that , as a grandmother with no construction experience, I was always able to trust Sean to manage everything. His team built my "dream" screen porch and brick patio on the back of my home. They did everything from laying the foundation to screening, painting and adding ceiling fans to the porch.

"They had to cancel working several times for whatever reason, or they were late. I always asked that they call me before they came, but they rarely did. One time I had just gotten off work and when I got home, they had broke into my back yard through the fence and were working on the porch without my premission.
The handle on the door he ordered for the porch was broke. He said he'd get another one to replace it. He got the new door but figured he could put the old door on and fix it. I specifically asked that he use the new door, but he didn't. About 3 months later, the old door handle broke again, I still have the damaged door because I can't afford to replace it. I do not recommend this company.
Replaced the rubber strip on the threshold and moved the latch closer so it would catch the door handle and adjusted the pneumatic or hydraulic pump. But the handle has started sticking again."
