"Super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. For any future plumbing issues I will hire them again."

"They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

"Sanchez Services LLC arrived on time, gave me a good price and did an excellent job of installing a new AOSmith water heater with an expansion tank."

"I had him install a water heater and whole home water filtration awhile back. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and was decently priced. I appreciated that he held to his word even after a couple bumps in the road. I don’t have any photos of it when it was done but it is behind my wall"

"It ended up being a service call because the toilet was running and I couldn't figure out why.  So, the plumber fixed it.  He found out that the chain was not working.  He was on time.  He was very nice.  He was very professional.  He was good.  He said that if I needed anything else, he would take the service call charge off the next service.  I did have some other issues.  That was really nice.  The quality of service was good.  The price was nice; it wasn’t that expensive.  I had a friend who had a water-leaking problem two days ago and I recommended Advantage Plumbing."

"We had what was thought to be clogged grey water lines (previous plumbers diagnosis). When they started backing up again we found Mr Clement through Service Magic. Mark called soon after we put in our request and was promptly on time. After looking at our problem he advised us that the drain pipes were in fact septic lines, diameter was too small, and had been improperly installed. Though he would be willing to clean out the pipes, the better long term permanent solution was to redo that portion with new pipes and bring it up to code. 5 hours labor and 300$ materials for a total of 800$ which I think is middle of the road in pricing. Mr Clement was curteous, professional, and explained everthing. No more backups or sewer smell and the installation looks great. We have added his name to our list of phone numbers in case we have other plumbing work that needs to be done and would recommend him to our friends and neighbors."

"Ashbusters did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing my chimney. They also repaired the chimney cap and the cover. They are not cheap but I want professionals who know what they're doing. I highly recommend Ashbusters."

"Fast, efficient, good work, competitive pricing. Lee was great and knocked out a complete hot water heater replacement and a running toilet project very fast and affordably within just a couple days of contacting him. Good communication. Will hire again if/when plumbing is necessary."

"The plumber was on time and he educated me on water heaters."
