Customers say: Quick response

"Mark and his crew came through huge for us. We needed the side walks built for our new home before we could move in and Mark listened and built exactly what we wanted. Mark is a very rare businessman as he actually keeps in contact with you every step of the way. If there is something he sees that just doesn’t look right he falls before he assumes. I would recommend his services to anyone residential or commercial. He exceeded our expectations and timelines. Fair priced sir superior work. "

"Great! ARRIVED ON TIME EVERY TIME! I have been looking for a reliable handyman for over 3 YEARS. Jake is The Man. He communicates well, cleans up after the job, is extremely polite, goes the extra mile , explains what needs to be done in layman's terms, lets me choose the materials and quality of repair that fits my budget (temporary, permenent, or to infinity and beyond!). Jake, Chad, Jeremy, Will, all of his crew are wonderful to have on the job. I felt very safe and comfortable having them in my home. A+, 5-Star, Outstanding Company!"

"I was quoted a good price to install five new interior doors. I was told it would be completed in three days. Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."

FAQs for brick or stone siding: repair or partially replace projects in Cottonwood, AZ

Stone veneer isn’t a weekend DIY. Even lightweight faux panels are heavy and must be anchored, flashed, and sealed to keep water out. Missteps can lead to cracked stone, leaks, or injuries. A licensed siding contractor arrives with scaffolding, masonry tools, and the know-how to set each piece safely and neatly, giving you a long-lasting, professional finish.

Stone veneer durability is robust when expert installation and proper maintenance are employed. When installed with precision, regularly cleaned, and sealed as required, stone veneer maintains its integrity for 25 to 75 years. Inadequate installation, however, leads to water intrusion and structural issues that compromise its longevity. Consistent upkeep and adherence to quality installation standards ensure decades of reliable performance.

Covering the entire exterior of a home with stone veneer is feasible but comes with a significant cost increase. Full coverage escalates both material and labor expenses due to the additional square footage required. Many homeowners reduce costs by applying stone veneer selectively—such as around entries, foundations, or architectural accents—while still achieving an upscale appearance and enhancing overall curb appeal.

Installing stone veneer over brick or stucco is entirely possible when the underlying surface is stable and properly prepared. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of any loose material to support a secure application. Additionally, any areas of flaking stucco or deteriorated mortar must be patched and allowed to cure fully before a professional applies the new veneer, ensuring lasting durability.

Stone veneer siding offers a substantial cost advantage compared to full-thickness natural stone. It costs 25% of the price of natural stone because it is manufactured from concrete and lightweight aggregates. This method delivers the genuine appearance of stone while featuring a thinner profile that simplifies shipping, accelerates installation, and consistently reduces material expenses.

For a 250 square foot exterior area, stone siding installation costs range from $9,800 to $18,000, while installing stone veneer costs between $5,000 and $6,000. This clear cost breakdown demonstrates the significant savings achieved with stone veneer, which uses a lighter construction method that minimizes both material and labor expenses. Homeowners benefit from these lower costs while still attaining the attractive look of natural stone.
