"It has always worked well, and any wear and tear of the system, changing of sprinkler heads, etc. has always been taken care of promptly and professionally. They turn the sprinkler system on in the spring, "blow it out" in the fall, and are available for maintenance throughout the spring-summer-fall seasons. They are helpful on the phone, and the service people that come out are knowledgeable and professional. We would HIGHLY recommend Carefree Lawn Sprinklers!"

"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."

Most recently help us out with a bad floor drain. <br /> They have done work for folks on my block and for my friends. I have never heard anything but good things about them.  They are prompt, professional and experienced. They provided advice and alternatives, which have saved us money both in the short and long term. <br />"

"I like them quite a bit. They are really good as far as when I called and I wanted to know what they had done, she had the contractor call me back and they kept to the contract really straight. The guy called back in like half an hour to tell me where they had sprayed. They do leave those sheets on the door for if you want to request further information. They were really good. Their price was really good, they are the cheapest I could fine."

"It has taken me almost 2-years to write this review, so I hope they have improved. My experience was awful. It had been a very rainy May and the basement kept getting water in it. I called Helitech and a competitor and both were really busy. Chose Helitech because they could get there sooner. Salesman promised me they would start the work in about 2-weeks -- work wasn't done until late August. I was told they had a big job at a nursing home that had to be done first. My job was not a minor cheap change but $5,000 and not one I thought would be put on the back burner. The people in the office were just about nonexistent; I'd call and leave messages and they were never returned. Just terrible customer support! The actual work that was done was good. And while the team of workers were nice, I had proof that they had gone through some of my things in the basement. I found one of the items upstairs proving they had moved it. The whole project put me behind three months of putting the house up for sale and left me with a bad taste for this business."

An employee came over a two-day period (total time 1.5 days) and did the work quietly and professionally.There were no surprises and the work was well done. Even with the extra repairs they still finished the job ahead of schedule, and on budget. The workers were very friendly and professional, and were quick to answer any questions that I had. I am having them come back in the spring to build a flagstone patio and firepit in my back yard."
