"They did a terrible job on installing the siding on our home in January of 2023. They had short pieces and one piece even slid down and had to be moved up and reattached. They tried to hide nail holes on our trim with a dark putty but left them as big globs. The foreman of both crews never did show up at our home. He was working with a crew at an apartment house two blocks from us. This apartment house was owned by an attorney here in town. Tim came and listened and looked at our concerns but when they tried to fix everything it was still a disappointment to us!! I would never recommend them to anyone. We bought news doors from them, also. He replaced the patio door with a smaller door so now the wheel chair will not fit through the door. We had to rent a nail detector to find all the nails all around the house. We are still finding them two years later!"

This was done because our two owners felt our customers were being underrepresented and taken advantage of when large storms come through and damaged their largest assets. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Turtle Roofing, and especially Daythan Prusia. Daythan was working with a neighbor down the street, and was going by knocking on doors to see if anyone else was needing roof work done, and boy did I. My roof was old and got really beat up by the hail storms in April 2024. I immediately felt that Daythan was there to help me through the whole process, and he really did. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that, as I'm a fairly new homeowner and have never gone through anything like this. He helped me call and report the claim with my insurance company, he was there when the Adjuster came out to do his inspection, and made sure I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Most importantly, he was always accommodating and helpful, even when I had multiple mishaps/issues with getting the claim checks from my insurance company and getting them endorsed by and sent back from my mortgage company. I know that I must have been a real pain as it took until February 2025 to get my bill fully paid thanks to the issues with the checks, but Daythan never stopped being understanding and continued to advise me during the whole process. While I hope that I don't need to repair my roof any time soon, haha, I know that I'll call up Daythan and Turtle Roofing and they'll take care of me in no time!"
