"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... "Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
