"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

"Great! Arrived promptly. Assessed what needed to be done & quoted price. I felt the price was reasonable & hired Greenwell Plumbing to go ahead & repair the leak. They were finished the same day. I definitely would hire the company again & would recommend them to family & friends."

"Deandray was knowledgeable on the smart thermostat we needed to install. Would hire again!"

"They replied quickly, arrived on time, and got the system up and running."

"They had to come back twice to repair ductwork they installed incorrectly, but I was satisfied with the customer service and the effort made to fix the problem."

"This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling."

"Maeser did a great job installing a new ac unit and thermostat. Job was done quicker than expected as well and the guys that did the work were very friendly and helpful. I'll look to their services again when needed. A+"

"They explained everything to my satisfaction. They gave me different options and installed the A/C quickly and professionally."

"Willing to work in tough crawl space area"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
