"Very professional and informative. Agent explained, as he examined each area.about any concerns that needed to be addressed. He also told us that the samples were being sent to a Mold Testing Co. In Georgia and that results would be available in about a week."

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete, through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache, etc. The fact that that stopped, shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration, etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation. I'm someone who is willing to pay for the best when needed, and quick to be direct and critical when this doesn't happen. Thanks, Flynn, Jason and staff, much appreciated. Dick D. Louisville,Ky."

"I had an inspection on July 31, 2017 of a house that I had signed a contract to buy and gave a $500.00 good faith estimate at Westview, Kentucky, Mr Gage did a extensive inspection of the property and gave me a 62 page report of the property with many photographs that showed damaged areas. He discovered that the property had extensive damage to the wood in the craw space and much moisture which indicated a possibility of mold damage. He saved us from buying a property that would require much work and expense to repair. On August 9, 2017, he inspected another house we were interested in buying at 206 Plainview St. Hardinsburg, Kentucky. He also did a extensive inspection on the property and gave us a 53 page report . He found that the property was in good shape, but by photographs, pointed out the area's that need to be repaired."

"Crawlspace Doctor did some of the most professional work I've ever seen. The job was expensive, but Robert and Matthew Wells (father and son team) exceeded all of my expectations. I don't think I've ever seen people work so hard or care so much about what they were doing. My crawlspace was literally sucking heating and cooling out of my home, but the Wells cleaned it up and sealed it so meticulously that it now looks like a research lab clean room. They did my job about five months ago. Since then, I've already saved hundreds on my energy bills. I really liked the way they took before-and-after photos of everything they did. What's more, I'll always be grateful for them alerting me to shoddy work done by the HVAC contractor I've trusted for 25 years. When Robert and Matthew recommended I should have my duct work redone, I asked my HVAC contractor to do the job. He sent two men who spent a day down in my crawlspace. When they left, they said everything was in great shape. But the Wells quickly saw that the main HVAC issues (several unattached ducts, rusted out plenum) had in fact not been addressed. I called the company's president and insisted his workers come back and do the job right, which they did. Thanks goodness the Wells were paying attention. Let's face it, spending money on your crawlspace isn't a thrilling thing. Most of us don't even think about what's down there. But I can honestly say that this is one of the best home improvements I've ever done. If you doubt it, read the U.S. Department of Energy guidelines on crawlspace encapsulation, which is now the standard for making your crawlspace as energy efficient as possible. The Wells follow these guidelines to the letter. You can't go wrong. Do it!"

FAQs for mold & toxic material test projects in Coxs Creek, KY

Some companies offer a no‑cost phone or video consultation that screens for red flags. If the discussion points to a real issue, the pro will recommend a paid on‑site inspection. The complimentary call clarifies whether you need full testing, but it isn’t a substitute for samples, lab work, or a written report. Always confirm what the free service covers before you schedule.

A standard inspection, which includes basic air and surface samples, takes an average of two hours. If the pro needs to probe hidden spaces, such as wall cavities or ductwork, plan on up to six hours. Extra time allows the inspector to reach tight areas, collect additional samples, and document findings. Lab analysis is a separate process and often adds several business days to the overall timeframe before you receive the full report.

Mold thrives where moisture lingers and air flow is poor. Common hotspots include bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, window sills, HVAC vents, fireplaces, crawl spaces, and enclosed attics. Check these areas regularly—especially after leaks or high‑humidity weather—to catch growth early and avoid costly repairs.

Unchecked mold can knock 20% to 37% off a home’s market value because buyers worry about hidden damage and health risks. Even after remediation, visible staining or a history of major moisture issues can still lower offers and prolong the time on the market. Addressing mold quickly protects both your property’s structural integrity and its resale appeal.
