"Alejandros did an amazing job. He was very professional and extremely hard working. He originally did a small area in the kitchen to demonstrate the process and the results. He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. When he was done, it was like we had new floors and countertops. I would hire Alejandros again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly."

"We had an excellent experience working with Adam and Roy on the remodel of our two bathrooms. I keep bringing him back to do more because I am always extremely happy with the excellent work he always does. Adam installed our backslash and it looks fantastic!!! Both bathrooms were original 1950 construction, and they transformed them into beautiful modern bathrooms, that are not only more functional than the originals, but are absolutely gorgeous and customized to our taste. He laid a beautiful matte white subway tile throughout our kitchen with a white grout and put a custom porcelanosa behind our stove. Prior to our kitchen we installed a gorgeous glass tile behind a mirror in our bathroom, put a beautiful natural white stone behind our wet-bar, installed a white tile on our patio that needed to be cut custom and angled properly around a new drain to allow for proper drainage and he did some finishing baseboard work in our bathrooms. All of the work Adam did could not possibly look better. Roy is an absolute perfectionist and thinks through every single detail before he continues to work. They also helped us restore several items in our kitchen and I'm thrilled with the final result. One of the things that sets Roy's Builders designers apart the rest is that they really LISTEN. They give great design ideas based on the feedback you give them regarding your personal needs and style. Functionality truly meets design at Roy's Builders."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "We worked with Brother & Brother for a full downstairs remodel including rebuilding a bathroom. Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. Once we did get started on the work, we were so happy working with Daniel and Byron, our foreman. Byron and his team were diligent, detailed and true problem solvers. Proposing solutions or nuances that we hadn’t previously anticipated. Further, the crew was timely, respectful, very diligent about COVID regulations, and making sure the entire work area was clean every single day. We anticipated not having access to a whole floor in our home would be a hassle but ultimately it was a minor inconvenience thanks to all of the team’s efforts.
