"It was good. They came on time. They communicated well. There were two men. One of them spoke English quite well which was good. They asked me questions about the job. I was pleased. The owner of the company called to schedule. That was a little weird. When I bought it Angie's List asked for three potential dates that I would be okay with having it done. She said that wasn't communicated to her, so we made an appointment when I talked to her at that time. There were no additional charges. I would have been upset if there were. There were two workers who came out. They were right on time. I think they were a little early. They didn't come to the door early, but I saw them parked out there early. One man didn't speak English, but the other man spoke English. I think when they know what I want and what I need we can communicate better."

"The SGK office staff were very polite and helpful and the gentleman that came out to do the estimate was also very polite and very knowledgeable. He knew a lot of information about the windows that I didn't even know. He spent a lot of time going over different types of windows and how the different ratings could benefit our home and be better for our home in the long run. I did collect a few quotes and in the end SGK was not the cheapest but the quality of their product I feel is well worth the cost. I also don't mind paying a little more since they took more time to answer questions and go over their product in a way that the other companies didn't. Overall I enjoyed meeting with SGK and would consider having them out again for any future projects."

"Bought an Angies List deal for handyman service.  Below are the cliffs notes on my interaction.  I felt this was a huge waste of my time, so it warranted a review.  Apparently painting and extending a step don't fall under "Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, installations & general chores."  Still, they get a net positive for letting me know up front.
