"Gene, Lior, and their team were amazing! We had multiple contractors ghost us for structural work in our basement (replacement of wooden beam and posts with steel). The team did EVERYTHING for us - from the architectural drawings, to Chicago city permits, to the work. Their estimate was exactly what we paid, and their timeline was correct. The thing that stood out the most was their responsiveness. We asked a lot of questions and Lior and Gene always responded right away with clear answers to all of our questions. I have and will continue to recommend Chi Renovation and Design!"

"Jamie is the best! He did a great job from start to finish and was always available. He helped renovate the whole house and is able to do so many different tasks. I would definitely hire him again and if you have any home renovation needs, please dont hesitate to contact him."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"We worked with Budget Construction on a home improvement project and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the process. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work met our expectations. Everything was completed on time, and the communication was clear from start to finish. I would gladly recommend Budget Construction for any remodeling or renovation needs."

"In addition to what is mentioned our kitchen & living room were painted, including the kitchen cabinets. Installation of new backsplash in the kitchen. And, build in book shelves in the living room. All done so well and in a timely manner with consideration for our busy schedules. I highly recommend RC Brothers Construction."

"We hired this builder for a renovation of our home and were extremely happy with the experience. They were knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. Everything came together beautifully, and the finished space was exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend them for a home renovation."

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. If you have anything you need done in your home, make these guys your first call!"

"I had my wood floors redone, the kitchen gutted and redone and both bathrooms gutted and redone. the work has been excellent, and dealing with Osafta has been a true pleasure. The quality of work has been top notch, and he has been very responsive to all my requests. I will definitely use Stoby Home for any other needs that I have, and I can also offer my strongest recommendation. You can't go wrong!"

"They did a good job. They provided excellent customer service. They were fast and very professional. They also did my roof. I would definitely recommend them."

"I had the pleasure of working with Mike, a general contractor for my multi-unit investment property on the northwest side of Chicago. Mike demonstrated a strong vision for how to add value to the property, offering creative solutions (adding livable square footage to the attic unit for a duplex up) that made a significant impact. His attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement helped enhance the property's after rehab value, all while staying within budget. What stood out most was his excellent communication throughout the entire process—he was always available to address questions or concerns and kept me updated on progress (daily updates). His professionalism and efficiency were unmatched, making the project run smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and thoughtful contractor."
