"Hired Yonny 12-22 to help with a water leak. Arrived on time, fixed problem. He said he specialized in appliances. I called him in 9-23 to look at a freezer which stopped working. He said he would arrive the next morning. He did not show up. I texted to ask for ETA. He replied, "The actual job take lot of time." I thought he meant he did not have time that day. I texted back to ask when he could come. He did not reply. I then figured out that he didn't want this job. My question is, why couldn't he just say he didn't want this job, or it was not the kind of work he did? Why did he leave me waiting all morning? Why did he just stop replying instead of saying plainly that he was not coming. Don't think I will hire Yonny again, though I was pleased with his first job."

"Sergiy and his crew are great! I am remodeling my kitchen and they completed a handful of projects for me. They care about their work quality and are very professional. Sergiy was transparent with what work was being done and the associated costs. I would highly recommend Sergiy and his team!"

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Cramerton, NC

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
