"Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. Phil did an awesome job! we have so many compliments from people in the surrounding area and has been in contact further asking if anything additional is needed. his prices a re reasonable, he puts in the work, very honest and will let you know if there is a better option for the longevity on the finished project. I can't speak highly enough of him and really has been a great contact to have with general contracting as well."

That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I bought the door at Home Depot and it would not have fit in my suv and kevin offered to pick it up. This caused him to make an xtra trip. Spent close to 6 hrs on the job and a part was due to his standards for the job. Thinks through the project carefully then moves on.
Will definitely use him on other projects that will need to be done.
