"The Home Pro experience was first rate from start to finish. Brandon Washburn's presentation was clear and precise. He answered all of our questions and was obviously proud of his job and the company. We decided on the spot to sign a contract. We were given a date of six to eight weeks for installment, The job was finised in less than a month. Lance Jacobson and Raymond Robinson were the installers. They were polite and worked constantly. They d id not take breaks except to eat lunch. They had to work in a confined space and did no damage to the work area. They were expeienced and enjoyed what theu were doing. A supervisor checked on them and talked to us the second day. I recommend Premier Home Pro, Brandon, and Lance and Raymond. The only problem is with the shower curain rod. It does not allow for two sepate rods to move the shower curtains."

"I called Tommy and his crew as I?m a former Pittsburgh guy and heard he does great work. I had three contractors that wanted crazy amounts of money that were local and opted for a more experienced person with 30 years to install my flooring in 1779 sq ft home. Since I live 10 hours away we coordinated a time in his not so busy season and he came down with his crew and knocked out my entire house in 4 days. This included removing 4 rooms of carpeting and tack strip along with laminate flooring that was just three years old. Tommy recommended a premium under layment that was mold and moisture resistant along with waterproof and insulating since my home was on a slab. He removed all flooring and carpeting and hailed away to the dump. My wife and I are 100 % happy and would highly recommend that anyone in the Pittsburgh area to contact him for your flooring or carpeting needs after seeing first hand his work and craftsmanship. "This project was done during the shortages just after peak covid so it did take a while but once the products got delivered everything went fine. The resulting floor was great - both vinyl in most rooms but especially the hardwood on a landing between wooden stairs. The installers were subcontracted but did a great job - especially the pro working on the hardwood getting an absolutely perfect fit and finish despite the odd shape."
