"Carmine was great and I applaud his honest direction to consult my HOA. When i called, he took a quick look at the map and realized i was in a community. He directed me to contact the HOA and explained that most communities have their own pest control. I did and that was the solution. I truly appreciate Carmine's honesty though (rare these days) and now he's on my referral list for friends / neighbors in need. Thanks!"

"Good phone response. Good work on gutters and roof. Sometimes they show up too early, so specify if you do not want workers on your roof before 8am."

"But on the expensive side but quick to respond and resolve."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

At Greenix Pest Control, we know that effective pest control is a process, not a one-time fix.

"Stan was very punctual and most accommodating. Will definitely hire again!"

"So I have been using Arkadia for 3 years now after having a big tick issue in our yard. THEY ARE THE BEST! Recently, we had a bees nest in our house - we had over 100 bees flying around in our house!! We called in the morning, they responded and send someone out the same morning. They sucked out the bees and came back first thing next morning to take out the nest. They used only organic materials (a big deal given we have 3 young kids). That afternoon, no more bees! Their responsiveness and attention to service is FANTASTIC. Their workers are so professional (we have had several different ones and they all have VERY HIGH STANDARDS), thorough, kind and considerate. They explain everything they are doing and make you feel like you understand what is happening. I normally never post reviews b/c I am so busy, but these guys are so fantastic that they deserve everyone knowing how great they are. What's great is that they stand by their work too. We had a couple other bug problems and they came back out very quickly to solve the problem without us having to pay another penny (although we get a yearly plan). I can't say enough great things about them!!! They are worth every single penny and there is a reason they have so many "A" ratings - well earned!!"

"George Massoud of NJ Pest Defense did an EXCELLENT JOB. He was very informative, punctual, and knowledgeable in his field. From the phone call to the actual appointment he gets an A PLUS!! He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE. George was VERY honest in his price as well. In this day and age it is hard to find an HONEST, FAIR, dependable and knowledgeable person in this field. I will DEFINATELY use NJ Pest Defense and highly recommend them as well."

"Chris C was really nice. He explained what he was going to do and why and what to expect. Very efficient and thorough. I felt very comfortable with his service. Will definitely keep A+ as my go-to pest service if needed."

"The specialists were all out of copper wire and gap filler when arrived at my home. Apparently I was their last stop for the day and at first I got the feeling like they were rushing to close their work day; especially after they saw evidence that MiteBusters had made a previous visit (about a year before). However, because my mice problem had gotten so out of hand I was adamant that they overturn, pull out, baited and sealed every single possible entryway. Luckily I had some Great Stuff, and some copper pot scrubbers. The straw for the foam had dried up from the last time I used it. What I liked best about the service was they embraced customer service as the first priority; once I became adamant about them checking this and filling that they remained willing and pleasant and were actually really relentless about and cleaned out all of the foam gunk to get it to work. However in the end my mice problem, though improved, still did not completely go away."
