He quoted a price and told us he'd probably catch a racoon in a day or two, but would continue to leave the traps out after that because there were likely other racoons coming to our yard. After checking the reviews on Angie's list, we made the arrangements over the phone. He caught first racoon on the second night, and has caught 2 more since then.? He uses humane traps, so that if other animals get trapped, they aren't harmed.? He also uses a bait that attracts racoons without attracting other animals (such as our pet cats).? "They were ok. They set traps and they told me they would come back and check the traps. I had to keep calling them to come back and set the traps. I had to go look at the traps to see if there was anything in there. They guarantee their work but 6 months later I got rodents again. I called them and they told me that would be another fee so I don’t consider that a guarantee. It was a big deal purchase."

"I found it difficult to believe there wasn't anything in the second nest.  They immediately told me that if I wanted to resolve the whole thing it would cost $2000.  It was like they get you on the hook then ask you to pay a whole lot more money.  I told them I didn't want it and asked them to seal up my attic.  Immediately the birds came back.  I kind of understand that's how things work, but when I called them I asked them how much it would cost.  They didn't know the size of the house and couldn't give me any details, but they wouldn't even give me a ball park. I wasn't happy with the service, but in the end they did refund my money.  I guess in the end I was satisfied with the whole transaction.  He apologized and was kind of abrupt, but I understand if I keep having them come back to remove the birds it costs them a bunch of money.  They wanted to seal up every space around the attic, they wanted to do hardware work.  I talked to my neighbors and they said it was an accurate price for sealing.  I hired a handyman to do it for $1000.  They didn't do a poor job, but they did refund my money.  It was a middle of the road experience."
