"Spring rains put the backyard into a swamp or small pond.  The rain would pool up at the back wall of the house/garage.  The water levels were getting so close to the weep holes.  The goal was to regrade the trench to move the water out of the back yard to the natural water flow areas. <br /> The company came in and regarded the trench to allow for better flow.  Dug out trench to lower the grade soil to prepare a better water flow from the North side of the property to the South side.  In addition, dug out small trenched to lower grade in stone bed to improve water flow to curb.  In addition, checked the water sprinklers system. <br /> After we observed numerous large rains in the backyard, the landscape worked very well. The water flowed very well in both directions to eliminate small lake/pond in back yard.  <br /> The sprinkler system was check for heads not popping up when activated. <br /> All in all, the company did as expected. The Owner even came out to check on the work.  That in itself was impressive.  <br /> Not many Owners have come out to the residence to check on quality assurance. <br /> <br />"
