He went about his business professionally and (importantly) honestly, checking for signs of mold. He concluded that there was not a mold problem, and gave the tenant and me the details of how he came to his conclusion. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of his vocation. There was no charge for the housecall. To show my appreciation for all that he did, I tried to pay for his breakfast. While he appreciated my gesture, he graciously declined."

"Our first experience we had carpet removed and hardwoods floors installed, about 1000 sq ft- beautiful! Next we had tile replaced, another near 1000 sq. ft. Travis was the Project Manager and oversaw the remodeling of our kitchen. Any remodel can be very trying, but Travis communicated with us along the way. We are very pleased with the results. Attached are before and after pictures of the kitchen remodel and the hardwood floors. The kitchen cabinets were very light in color, but we had them stripped and stained to match other wood in our house. LOVE the granite counter tops, Typhoon Bordeaux. Travertine tile replaced previous tile in the kitchen, breakfast area, 2 bathrooms, entry way and laundry room, as well as all transitional spaces. It looks amazing!"

"I like and trust Mr Carrillo because of another wonderful  job he did at our home (not roofing) When I set up an appointment it wasn't Mr Carrillo but another company with a different name claiming to work under Mr Carrillo. I didn't like this company because I felt they wanted to get the most of my insurance and as this person told me to use some of the same materials on my roof and still charge me full price what my insurance is willing to pay. By what this person said I decided not to get them.
