"Carter home and construction are the best! The team was early to arrive, clean , and ready to work. They made sure every part of the process was explained to my wife while I was at work and even bright my garbage can up from the street while they work. I would recommend the company to anybody that needs construction or home improvement"

"The company was able to tear down old siding and replace all of it on my 3000 sqft shop in outstanding time. Very pleased with the work that was done. Will definitely rehire again."

"T he company installed it pretty quickly using the same hole that the previous electric-powered fan occupied.. No muss, no fuss."

"I thought the price was a bit much for the work that they did. There were three workers that completed the job. They were cordial, professional, anything I asked them about they were quick to show me pictures or explain to me what they were doing. I was very pleased. It took one day to complete the services."

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly. They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling. I highly recommend Eddie for any project. His prices are affordable and his work is guranteed

"They were great. They covered everything. They did windows and frames. It made the house look brand new. He came on time and inspected it. He made sure that I was happy. He did what he said he would. He did some extra little things. The service was amazing and I will only use them from now on. I was satisfied and they were cheaper than the others."

"Recommendation I have had Sometimes Spouse to my home on four different occasions. The latest was to install under kitchen cabinet lights and a new kitchen fan. The workers were friendly efficient and knowledgeable. And they even help me put back my dishwares, etc.  I would recommend them to anyone having any work done anywhere anytime"

"

When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...

"The Simonton windows are very nice. Everything went well - there was no rush and the installers were personable. It would have been a complete touchdown if the installers had refrained from leaving their cigarette butts on the property and had tidied up afterwards, i.e. sweeping up, or moving outdoor furniture back into place."

"It went really well !! Roger and his two sons do excellent work.
They were always on time, kind, and Courteous, as well as
calling back several times after the job was complete to make
sure we were happy with everything. What else could you ask for?"
