"They came promptly, they gave me a written estimate, and they gave me a lot of information about taking care of the floors. They told me what the process was and the floors look good. The guys that came were fairly messy and they left some trash. They took the quarter round up from around the edge of the floors and the numbered the boards with blue masking tape so they could reinstall them correctly. It was a good idea but they left the blue tape on and caulked over it so when I pulled up the tape some of the caulking came off. There was a lot of cleanup to do when they were finished. I would consider using them again but I'm not positive."
