"Due to lots of rain in May the project could not begin as early as had been projected but Mr. Foley touched base with us several times to update us on when we might begin. They communication was excellent from the bidding through the completion of the job. We chose a decorative, stained trim section lining the drive, a swirled finish on the drive and sidewalk, #6 gauge mat, and plastic mesh reinforced concrete. Curbs were added at the entrance to the drive from the roadway. All of what were once squared-off corners were done with curved transitions. The project was extensive (35 yards of concrete used) but completed within two days. The crew was polite, tidy (as much as can be expected with so much work going on), and cleaned up each day when they left. Mr. Foley was here to check on the work off and on through the time his crew was here and very open to questions or comments. He is always positive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any concrete work; the outcome of our job is beautiful. All of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the work and asked who did it. One of our neighbors works in the construction trade and said it it a top-notch job. People we work with have seen the pictures we took and have asked who did this work and from our comments and the pictures have said they would use this company. Todd Lewis visited our home, showed color options, thoroughly explained the entire process, and gave us a very reasonable price for both jobs. The crew showed up on time and to the man was professional in all they did. The time between having the garage floor done and the workshop floor was about three weeks because the basement walls had to be finished before the floor could get the epoxy applied. "Duramax got back to me the same day I called and was out the next day to look at the guttering. I got an estimate for the work that day which was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and told them to go ahead with the repair. The crew was out on Monday, less than a week after I had contacted Duramax, and got the majority of the work done that day. There turned out to be some additional damage that needed to be repaired that took a little longer than expected so they finished up this morning (Wednesday - it rained all day Tuesday; gutter was in place they just needed to close up the underside and clean-up). As with the work that they did on the shingled part of the roof I am delighted with the work Duramax has done."

"The sales person, Jake, was great to work with. He was responsive, set expectations and delivered accordingly. The price of the work was reasonable. They started the work ahead of schedule. The finished product is fantastic, the stonework is all top notch and the wall looks flawless from top down or side view, which is impressive to me considering it is almost 100 ft long. The crew were hard workers and cleaned the area daily at work stop. Part of the scope was to bring in fill dirt to bring the yard up to grade. There was a return trip required to add more dirt to mitigate a trough in part part of the yard, but that was bad luck due to torrential rains that came in during the project and they did come back once dried out to correct. The only real issue from our perspective was what we considered to be slow responses from the project management group when we reached out with questions or concerns (though this project did take place during the pandemic and who knows what challenges they were working through). We have also seen their great work at others' homes and would use again and recommend to family/ friends."

"Very well. My sidewalk had settled and was causing a trip hazard. The estimate was done via email due to my tight timeline. Sent them pictures and received a response the next day. Actual cost was $25 over the estimate due to site characteristics not apparent on my photos but still sounded reasonable to me. They leveled 5 sidewalk squares including my front porch stoop. Work was done in a little over an hour and looks great!"
