"I was very impressed with this company and how meticulous they are in moving items.  The owner came for my appointment and explained in detail what would be done during the move. I was told during my appointment that  the truck used for cross country moves is driven by the owner of the company.  The owner said he does that to ensure a good move. He wants his customers to be completely satisfied since his name is on the company and it is his reputation that he is protecting.  Also, I was told the truck has air ride suspension which is another plus.  He also explained how careful they are in packing items, especially furniture.  Sofas, chairs, and other furniture would be wrapped in heavy duty CLEAN blankets before being shrink wrapped. I am sorry that it didn't work out for us to use this company. <br />"

"Rita is wonderful! Recently we sold our 2nd home and Rita was invaluable in helping me coordinate and sort items I wanted to keep from those I wanted to get rid of. She led the charge as we went through every closet, cupboard and nook & cranny. She is organized, quick and efficient, and we knocked out in 2.5 days what would have taken me well over a week to do myself. We sorted our piles into trash, donate, sell, and keep. The vendors she used to pack & ship the items I wanted moved to my Florida home were fabulous & professional, as was the Auction company she used to sell other items. I hate hate hate moving with a passion, and Rita made the whole process so easy. Do yourself a favor and hire her - you won't be disappointed!"

"Jaime was a joy to work with - she was punctual, incredibly detail-oriented and had a great network of contractors.  We did everything from new carpet, paint, new furniture and custom cabinetry. Everything looks amazing!!  One of my favorite parts is a reclaimed wood wall that is the focal point of the basement!  <br /> <br /> Her design fee was set from the beginning and did not change - she provided us with an estimated cost of the entire project and we stayed within budget.  I appreciated that she did not charge by the hour - as it allowed me to not feel pressured to move forward with things, if I wasn't quite ready or wanted a few more options detailed out. She was at our home during the day when contractors came out or when furniture was delivered, which eased our lives in a major way (allowing us to not have to take off a single day of work).  <br /> <br /> The project took a total of about 3 months, mainly because of custom furniture that had to be ordered.  The bulk of it was done within about a month (after we'd made our decisions). Jaime - we can not thank you enough!"

At our first meeting, she came to our home to see the bathroom and make measurements. She gave me homework to look at home decor websites which allowed her to determine my style. Susan honored my wish to keep some original elements of the room. She researched online and provided links to allow me to make online purchases of bathtub, vanity, counter top and faucets. She went shopping with me to local stores to pick out wall tiles. She provided links to purchase accessories online. She provided advice on wall color. All in all, Susan provided a great service which allowed me to take the leap on renovating!"

"I bought a Groupon for Indianapolis Picture Frames to have a 12 x 24 frame made for a photo print.  Mark was great at helping select the best frame style.  (We opted not to do a matte on this particular project.)  The turnaround time was very quick.  The 'B' grade in quality is because when I received the final product there was, what we later found out to be, lint in between the glass and the print.  Mark was so good about getting it fixed and offered to have the photo reprinted if the print had been damaged.  He claimed it's not typical of their quality or expectations which I absolutely believed after seeing how he handled it.  Mark explained why the lint wasn't caught the first time around - we're all human and I know mistakes can happen so I'm fine with how everything was resolved. <br /> <br /> With some of the left over framing pieces Mark builds and sells some pre-built frames for very reasonable prices.  It's great if you're looking for an eclectic frame collection or for artists who like to paint or work on frames.  I bought 5 of these frames in various sizes from 8x10s, 5x7s to 9x12s and he cut mattes for some and added glass and backings and the total was $70!  He included the 5x7s for free but I think it was a great value!  He's totally flexible and I highly recommend him for affordable and good quality custom framing projects. <br /> <br /> The only problems I've run into is working around their business hours to pick up my purchases.  He can make arrangements for a Saturday pickup, but they're normally not open on the weekends.  He has connections with surrounding businesses that are open later in the evenings and can work out pick up arrangements with them as well. <br /> <br /> Overall it's been a good experience and I will be using them again!"

"He drew it and took pics of himself doing it otherwise we wouldn't believe even drew it. It looks like a photograph. We've never seen anything like it. He's amazing. He has also hand drawn pictures of my wedding and of my grand father for his funeral service."
