Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Tony redid the floors across our entire house, ripping out carpet, adding soundproofing, and installing about 1600 square feet of engineered hardwood. He started as soon as we had the materials, and finished it all himself in 4 days. With us living in the house as it was installed with 3 pets, this was not an easy task. He was super respectful and worked with us on rotating which rooms hed work on to keep the cats from getting out and keeping a bedroom open for us to sleep in. Hes quite personable and showed up on time, and good the job done right the first time."

The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

"We had hired a different contractor who had done a terrible job and an unfinished project. After replacing him with Javier Rivera, our floors were finished and done correctly. "Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.
