Once Michael Cleveland did get out here he was very cordial , very good listener. Was able to offer good suggestions to get everything done. He was not able to get everything done in the 2 hours. He is planning on coming back out to do a couple more things. one is an out door faucet repair and the other is repairing a bathroom floor that was put in improperly. He prices seem reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."
