He did a great job!! My deck and front porch area looks sharp and the trim on the house really pops out with the rest of the house color.  I had boards on the back deck that needed replacing and also the wood trim on many of the windows needed replacing as well.  He did an expert job!  He was very meticulous with his work.  If he saw an area that needed to be redone, he did it without my input.  He treated his work on my house as if he was working on his own.

Barry was very friendly and professional.  I was comfortable with him the moment he shook my hand and introduced himself.  The bid was by the job and not the hour.  This could lend toward doing the work too fast.  Not with Barry.  He took his time and did everything right!  I will hire him again when I need repairs done.

"Again, I have only good things to say about the company.  Brad again came out to discuss the work that we wanted down and provided me with an estimate.  Once the windows had arrived, work was completed promptly.  There was a problem with one of the screens noted at installation (but the installer) and he has ordered a new one (really this is minor).  There are two changes from last year:  the window equivalent to what was installed then has now been upgraded (so we actually had a slightly better window installed) and the installation people that came used a much milder smelling glue in installation (so no strong toluene odor - and likely a "greener" choice).  Both changes were for the better.  We are very happy and will use the same company with the replacement of our last 4 windows in the future."

"C&A did a excellent job, they were cheaper than the other estimates I got. However I had no issues at all. I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. "They are very thorough.  One visit dealt with an air-conditioning problem on our Volvo XC-90.  The Volvo dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it or said it needed replaced.  Alexander's was curious about the problem and removed the glove compartment.  They found an old piece of paper from the previous owner lodged there.  It was blocking the AC vent and the problem was solved when the paper was removed.  The Alexander's guys are also diligent to reset the oil change monitor which took a bit of researching on how to do it.  Family owned and operated.
