"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

"Michael was very helpful and coordinated everything. I went to the recommended granite provider to selected the stone I wanted and a new sink. A couple days later the granite provider and Michael came to the house to measure the counters. About 10 days later it was delivered and installed. Unfortunately the installation happened on a Friday and because the under mount sink had to set for 18 hours before the plumbing could be connected, I was without water for the weekend. However, the plumber came to the house as scheduled on Monday morning and within an hour everything was connected and working. Michael came to the house on Tuesday to finish installing the trim and braces around the bar. I really appreciate Michael's help with this project. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"I picked a pattern and I was told that the piece would be done over the weekend and delivered on Monday, I told Amber I would not be home on Monday and she told me that would have it to me Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon as promised the most beautiful piece of granite was delivered! Fit perfect and was beautifully polished. I love it!!"
