"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Everything went great.  Several days before they did our job, the shingles were delivered.  The roofers came on the day we had decided upon and were on time. They were quick as lightening and very polite.  When they began removing the old roofs, they put tarps in our yard and when they finished the tarps were removed.  We have never found one nail in our yard or driveway and they cleaned up beautifully.  The shingles look great and have not given us any problems through strong wind storms and rain this winter.  We would certainly use them again should the need arise.

"We hired them to replace/replace interior and exterior doors. Not only did they do the job exceptionally well, staff was absolutely amazing. Jeff helped us with specific guidance and kind professionalism. They do EVERYTHING- except gutters. They even hung a heavy mirror for me at an unbelievable price- just because I mentioned the new mirror! Very thoughtful! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
