He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. The end result is that the room is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Nate and his team to anyone - you won't be sorry."

"I have had some credit issues in the past whic caused me to be turned down by other mortgage lenders. I contacted Mark after reading some reviews on angie's list just to see if there was any thing that he might be able to do that was better than the typical lenders. He was very positive from the beginning, but also very realistic and upfront. He was able to get me a good rate, much better than i was expecting with good closing costs and through FHA. There were difficulties along the way with the FHA and my insurance company wich made for some bumps in the road. But Mark and Judy were right there and worked through it making adjustments as necessary and keeping me up to date on the process. I would recommend them to others anytime. It took a while to get to closing, but we got there and with a good rate and a relatively smooth process. Many thanks to Mark and Judy, not every broker would put this much time into a relatively small mortgage.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Can you say amazing job. They effortlessly  constructed a 10' x14' stone pad in a backyard that has a large amount of buried bricks and stone from when the home was built. The completed stone pad was definitely professional in appearance; the measurements were as requested, and the grey composite capping, meant to protect the perimeter wood as explained by Bob and  although an extra cost, further enhanced the appearance of the pad.The sheduling of the job was very swift, less than a week from the time we first talked during an informative free estimate. Their punctuality was on the money. On the day of the job, they arrived at 9am as scheduled and the whole job was completed including clean-up by a few minutes before noon. Outstanding! Pricing matched the estimate exactly and well worth the quality of work provided. Bob and his staff were professional and courteous at all times. Thank you Bob and crew. Will definitely hire again."

"I was very pleased with my finished products I had waited a very long time to have a bathroom installed on the first floor. The problem was that I had very little space where it could be placed. I worked with Jake from West Penn who designed a perfect small bathroom for me when others said it couldn't be done......and it turned out to be not only modern and functional but BEAUTIFUL too! They also remodeled the adjacent laundry room and entrance and added a closet that, when completed, blended in perfectly with the room decor. I was very pleased with all that was done. Jake was easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions that I appreciated and used. The workers were super -- personable, skilled and professional, and punctual as well. As is often the case when working on an old house, there were a few unexpected problems that needed addressed before work on the bathroom could continue. I was both grateful and impressed that when the job was finished I was not charged a single penney above the price that I was quoted at the beginning.
