"I would recommend R&J Preventative! My oven went out and I needed it fixed right away. The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided."

"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Excellent. I asked initially for quotes for a 96% efficient system vs an 80% efficient system. Based upon the cost difference, rebates, and energy savings, the 80% efficient system matched our budget and tastes. Replaced furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier with a 10 yr parts and labor guarantee Bryant system. They were on time for the 7 AM appointment and were finished by 1 PM. I asked that they retain my 3rd generation Nest thermostat which they did, and they hooked the new humidifier to it. They tested everything (heat, humidifier, and air conditioner) before they left. Very professional and thorough. Parts: -One Bryant model 310AAVS48135 , 135,000 BTUs, 80% A,F,U.E, Natural gas fired forced air furnace. -One Bryant model 113ANA042, 3.5 ton air conditioner with matching Bryant model CNPVU4221 evaporator coil -And a humidifier."

"Richard explained the function of the part and how it would operate in the future!  I found him to be a superior trouble-shooter and an efficient installer!  In my opinion, this represents a wonderful example of customer service! I was distressed and he followed through both timely and cost-effectively!  He works on all appliances and has wonderful hours so I will be using his services again! It doesn't get any better than this! Thanks Richard:-)

"Except for arriving a little after the designated window service was excellent. Tony was professional and called me as soon as he had an estimate ready, sought my approval and provided the service. He also noted that the bathroom faucet was leaking and should be replaced soon. Since he was already there I asked if he could go ahead and take care of which he did. I am very happy with the appearance of the faucet, the promptness of getting it fixed and the price. I highly recommend this plumber."
