"Steve called within five minutes of my contacting him.  He was cordial and very accommodating on the phone.  We made an appointment for him to come out and assess the job and give me an estimate and he showed up exactly on time--Saturday morning at 9:00AM.
I received three other estimates,but chose Steve, not just because his estimate was the most competitive, but his attitude was so positive and he explained very clearly what had to be done--and what didn't.  He did not try to build up the job by including things that really didn't need repair.  I wouldn't have known the difference.  He really could have taken advantage of my ignorance of such things, but he didn't.  As a matter of fact, he noticed a couple of small things needing  attention and I don't think he even charged me for them.
Here's the best part.  Steve and his people showed up, once again on time and finished the job in two days.  They were efficient, careful and neat.  The work was done beautifully and the bill came in less than I expected!
I have asked him to do more work for me later in the season.  Midwest Painting is now my "Go To" company.
