Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift. "Went really well. The installer showed up and only had one of the two toilets. He called Mike who then immediately drove another toilet to our location to be installed. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet."

"Overall, I was pleased with the result. The scheduling of the initial estimate and the start of the work were not smooth. The estimator missed the original appointment. Later, once I sent my deposit for the work in, I there was no communication for quite some time from anyone. I had to call and ask when they would be coming to do the work. I also had to persuade them to install the Thermal Dry tile, which they initially did not want to do, as they had no experience with it. They did not order enough of the tile, which delayed the job. However, the installers, once they got started, in particular Daniel, were very professional and punctual. My house was recently on a neighborhood Home Tour and half a dozen people wanted to know about the Thermal Dry tiles for possible installation in their own basements. I wouldn't be surprised if that product starts being in high demand."
