"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

The installers showed up on time, explained how the process would work, answered our questions and then did an excellent job of completely removing the damaged wood plank and replacing it.
