"Again with the issue of no contact from the vendor in regards to the package bought through Angie's list even though I provided them with available dates. I had to contact them by email (couldn't get an answer on the phone) however they were quick in responding and we arranged some alternate dates. The service person was actually an hour early (in the neighborhood) which worked out. He was friendly and quick. Several days later and I'm seeing evidence that the pesticide is already working."

"I had a rat stand up and wave to me in my attic and now he is going to DIE! The awesome technician, Donald, arrived promptly and treated my house for the rodents in the two attics, and the bugs inside and outside the house. He was very professional and kind and came with years of experience. He performed extra services, knocking down the spider webs and the wasps nests around the eaves, spraying around my garbage cans for mosquitoes and inside the garage for roaches. He is going to come back later to fill the hole where the rats were entering. He was here a little over 2 hours and the charge as an Angie List member was $230. .. well worth the service. I will have them back quarterly and highly recommend this company."

"I set up a date with the company and gave my address and a time. The truck arrived promptly, but he treated the yard two doors down. When I realized his mistake and went after him at my neighbor's house, he was apologetic and promptly backed his truck to treat my front and back yard. I would have given a higher review for an honest mistake, but within 12 hours after he left, and no rain, the mosquitoes were as bad as ever. It was his last stop of the day, and I wonder all the solution in the tank had been used up by then. My neighbor was happy for the free service!
