"<p>I called them after I had paid for an Angie's List "big deal" with Fairbanks.   I had paid the first company $59 for an inspection and reprogramming.  I had also wanted them to repair a small leak in the back yard while they were there.  Short of it, they had found 3 small leaks in the back and one large one in the front.  The guy had repaired the smaller ones first after I had instructed him not to until we knew how much the large one in the front would cost to repair.  Well he repaired the 3 back ones to the cost of an additional $106.  But the quote for the large front one was an additional $464.</p> <p>I contacted Allied Sprinkler and Repair and they had the problem fixed, straightened out a few heads in the front, reprogrammed the system and showed me how to reprogram in about 45 minutes.  I was very pleased and will contact them again with any problems.  My next door neighbor came home when they were finishing up and got their card.  I was very pleased!</p> <br />"

"We had a dozen lights in our yard that we had installed (ourselves) about 7 years ago, but after some home remodeling and a new landscape job, we decided we needed a more professional lighting job. <br /> Light it Right does excellent work; so good, in fact, that we asked them to come back 8 months after our initial installation to add more lights. They are professional, courteous, and responsive, and use high quality products. In addition, they are not only thorough and knowledgeable, but they gave us some great practical and aesthetic suggestions about placement and what type of lights might look best where. We especially appreciated the amount of time they spent with us demonstrating how the lights would look and ensuring that we were happy with everything. We had some very specific ideas and high expectations. Brandon and his crew were terrific.  <br /> In all candor, I have to admit that we had a little sticker shock when we got the initial cost estimate, especially compared to what our do-it-yourself job had cost. "Very well. Most recent work with J.B. Landscape was maintenance of the landscaping that was installed. Trimmed all trees, plants and vines, eliminated weeds, picked up fallen leaves, adjusted watering / sprinklers, adjusted lighting, treated plants for pests, provided fertilizer and added some New seasonal color. The crew was on property for between 90 minutes and maybe 2 hours start to finish. Picked up and bagged all cuttings, swept and rinsed surrounding decks down. Our landscaping looked terrific when the JB Landscape Crew left the house."

"Initially it went very well.  The workman spent the time to track down the problem and correct it so that all the outdoor plugs were in working order.  There was a reasonable charge to replace the faulty plug.  Everything was working when they left.  However, within a very short time they did not work again.  I called Parco and asked them to come out and see why it was not working.  They did come and said the plug was bad and replaced it.  They told me that the next time it went out the wiring would have to be run through the walls because each time it is replaced some of it is cut off and if someone plugged into that plug and pulled it loose it would require the replacement of the wiring, which would be expensive.  I never used the new outdoor plug or allowed anyone else to and it was not working again.  I called Parco and left a message that the plugs had not been used yet but when I tried they were not working and asked them to call me back.  I needed to  know how much the wiring was going to cost and why it had gone out without being used.  They never returned my call. <br /> So initially I was very impressed with their work.  But after replacing the plug twice...it still doesn't work and they did not call me back.  After they did not call me back it made me wonder if it was ever really repaired or just a short term fix to honor the Big Deal I purchased.  I am still not sure what was going on.  I liked the way they handled everything at first but it just didn't end up working.  And since they are the only ones to ever work on the outdoor plugs since the house was built I don't know why so much of the wiring was cut off that it couldn't be repaired.  If everything was above board then why not call me back? <br />"
