"Great overall experience! Omar reached out shortly after assigning project on Angie, answered all questions to satisfaction and scheduled a consultation. They showed up on time, very professional, and walked the property and listened to our thoughts. Once aligned on camera and server locations, and agreement on moving forward with the installation on the price quoted originally by Omar, they started immediately! The installation of an 8-camera system took about 4 hours, with the crew remaining professional the entire time. Once the installation was complete, they help get the app setup on our phones, and walked us through, asking that I video the instructions for future replay as we learn the system! "Excellent service. They helped me decide where to place 8 cameras around the outside of house. Daniel had to install wires in our hot attic. That was quite a job. He was very friendly and professional. Hansel and Daniel together set up the cameras to our iPhones and home computer. My husband was pleased that all the wires are inside the walls. He was happy with the work and what they charged. We expected to pay a lot more. The next day my husband wanted to move one camera from the front of house to the front porch. Hansel responded within 2 hours and was at our house the next day to move the camera. Their service is amazing. I plan on sharing their name on our neighborhood website. "Jim did a great job, was on time, worked efficiently and had my camera system in in no time. Quality install, looks nice on the house. The night after the install, I noticed that the way a couple cameras pointed reflected too much IR back into the night vision lens, causing the cameras to be blinded at night. Had another issue with another camera due to the excessive rain we had. Reached out to Jim, and he was out quickly to resolve the issues. Couldn't be happier, would recommend without a doubt."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
