"A Professional. We had major blockage and clogging up of pipes and drain. It was fixed and I am very happy!"

"I urgently needed my water softener replaced. He came the same day, made an adjustment to the tank so that the overflow faced the drain and stopped spilling brine onto the water heater. Then he returned the next day and replaced the water softener for a very reasonable price. Kurt responded quickly to texts and my needs."

"Not a simple drain cleaning job. Prompt, great job. Not cheap, but reasonably priced."

"Quickly. Tree roots were clogging the drain and he cut them ouy."

"Mickey, our installer, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took time to help reattach the discharge hose when the installation was completed. I did find some small stones and debris in the corner after he left. Likely from the old sump pump. I chose Blau without doing a lot of comparison shopping. I asked for a breakdown of material costs and labor costs. But was told they only provide installed cost estimates. After some further research, I now feel I could have gotten a lower price elsewhere, but I am satisfied with my purchase. Cheapest is not always the best."

"They did not cover the problem we described, which related to an odor in the drain system. We hired a plumber who solved the problem."
