Brian and his partner took an hour or two to really test out all the connections and in the end found a faulty set up and did the repair. I have had no problems at all since. "Randy was not only a knowledgeable and competent electrician, but an honest and ethically person. Our A/C and furnace appear to have no power. The main panel was looking pretty rough. Randy came by on a Sunday to take a look and quote a replacement. He inspected the system and concluded that it was working properly with cosmetic issues. He could have been dishonest, he wasn’t. He could have left, he didn’t. He moved on to the furnace and discovered a bad fuse, replaced the switch. It worked, but not the A/C. He could have left, but he didn’t. He went outside and tested the fuses and box, good. He unscrewed the cover on the unit and as he went to pull the cover the fan came on. What! An electrician with magical powers? One who can will dead appliances to life? A super hero? Maybe, but there was also a loose wire. Bottom line, Randy saved us a significant amount of money. Grateful for his service."
