"Lonnie saved me thousands of dollars. He figured out that I didn't need a line out to the back of my yard. He was able to fix me right up for a fraction of the original estimate by my usual plumber. While Lonnie and his crew were covering up the trench the other plumbers dug, they accidently damaged two of my sprinklers. I told him I wanted them fixed, and he told me he would do it. Now I didn't really expect that I would ever see him again, but he was true to his word. He replaced both sprinklers. He is a man of his word, and I highly recommend him."

"I called at 3:45pm and he was at our house in 1 hour. They were very responsive and did well and quick on the job."

"I hired TCB contractors to excavate for a sewer line in Joshua TX and they did an excellent job. They called to locate utilities in the nearby area and conducted their work safely. I would definitely hire again."

"I called Jimmy as I did not have the right tool to remove the shower cartridge which was stuck due to old deposits etc.... Thanks to Jimmy for quick response...But price seems to be little high just to remove the cartridge...The person came did not have the extra screw etc. and as Moen did not send me the long screw, I have to make another trip later to Lowes/home-depot to find the right size screw and then assemble everything... Thanks anyway for the help...

"Ryan came in and did an excellent job unstopping toilet and repairing the inner workings of the toilet tank. We also asked him to look at our hot water heaters. He told us that one of the two was completely not working and gave us a couple options to replace one or both and went over the costs and details. Will defiantly use them again."

"Palmers plumbing has done numerous jobs for me as I have numerous properties in the area he tends to. Professional workmanship all around abs will always do the best job he can. Returns phone calls and in emergency situations has always put you first. Competitive prices and has always charged fair. Not a plumber to take advantage of trying to upset or add labor or parts in. If you need a reliable trusted plumber for commercial or residential and even handyman duties, make sure you call Palmers plumbing. Tried and True and Trusted!"

"Everything went great!! Edgar’s work is exceptional and he is very professional. We love our new floors."

"This time because of the scope of brick work, the work came under the heading of Mark Master's General Contractor segment; and a different technician.   Instead of 1 Brick, it was 5; and cutting and replacing pipe. Not only did he do a very nice job on the brickwork, but also saved as much pipe as possible under the brick to be effective and efficient.  The results is everything is high and dry for almost 2 weeks now and it is hard to see where the repair was done.  My water meter no longers moves without there being an open faucet.  I like knowing the work is also guaranteed for 30 days and that Mark Masters does respond to a call-back.

It could have been very sad if the pipe had broken behind the brick... much bigger scope of work.... much bigger bill.

My lesson; listen closer to what the expert says; not just the cost of work.  Chris was very nice and called it 'warranty' work because he did the initial work.  I am happy; happy he had a General Contracting Team to go with a Plumbing Team.  So happy that I am writing not just one Review of Work, but 2; because there were 2 trips to my house.
