"They actually came out a couple of times because they were working on the problem. It was still under warranty and they were not an authorized dealer for the kind of air conditioner we have, so we ended up using another company to actually do the replacement of the coil. They had a bit of a misstep but then they corrected it with no problem. We've used them for our air conditioning needs for about twenty years and have always been satisfied. Called Partridge on Wednesday and Scheduled a Friday Appointment.  Shane arrived right on time and completed the repair quickly.  I asked him to look at our nine year old water heater while he was at my home and he performed an inspection.  He was detailed in his assessment of the condition and very knowledgeable when I asked out tank-less water heater options.  There was no pressure to have the tank replaced right away, but I did call the later in the afternoon to schedule a tank replacement.  I highly recommend Partridge and will use them for any future plumbing needs.
